What IT and marketing usually ask
Do we need to change our DNS or MX records?
No. For Microsoft 365 your admin runs one PowerShell script that adds a connector and a mail-flow rule; for Google Workspace it is one routing rule in the admin console. Mail returns to your own platform for delivery, so your SPF, DKIM and reputation stay exactly as they are.
Will people see the signature while they type?
No, and that is the point. It is added on the way out, so nobody can edit it, delete it, or paste an old one over it. Staff keep their device signature blank and forget about it.
What happens if ViralGauge is down?
Mail passes through unchanged. The service is designed so that it can never block or delay delivery; it can only add the signature or leave the message alone.
What do you read from our directory?
Names, job titles, work phone numbers and email addresses, read-only. We cannot read mail, calendars or files. Your admin can revoke access at any time. Full detail is in our data-protection note.
Can different departments or brands have different signatures?
Yes. Extra templates are R250 per template per month, and rules can target by group, domain or department.
How is this different from Exclaimer or CodeTwo?
Same server-side approach, but sold as a managed service in ZAR: we design, test and roll out; they sell a licence and leave that to your IT team. And our price does not step up 8% every renewal.
